摘  要:为突破切削、磨削、抛光等传统机械加工工艺在新型难加工材料加工中遇到的效率、精度及刀具寿命方面的瓶颈,近年来超声振动、电/磁流变、激光、等离子体、电化学、固相化学反应等物理化学能场被引入其中,可提高加工精度、效率及刀具寿命。基于对多能场辅助机械加工基本概念的说明,介绍了各方法的基本加工原理和特性,并总结了研究现状和展望了未来趋势。In order to break through the bottle neck the conventional mechanical machining processes such as cutting,grinding and polishing encounter in the high efficiency and high precision machining of advanced difficulty to machine materials,in recent years physical or chemical phenomenon such as ultrasonic,electrorheological/magnetorheological,laser and solid state chemical reaction have been assisted into mechanical machining processes,and their positive effects have been confirmed in terms of machining efficiency/accuracy and tool working life.This article briefly describes the basic definition,the classification,the fundamental processing principles and characteristics of multi-field assisted mechanical precision machining followed by the summarization and outlook.
