摘 要:针对碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料的切割问题,采用515 nm波长飞秒激光进行切割工艺研究,分别用热影响区宽度、切缝锥角、切割表面粗糙度表征切割质量,用等效切割速度表征切割效率,研究了激光功率、扫描速度、脉冲频率对切割质量和效率的影响规律,并进行最终的工艺优化。结果表明:在激光功率20 W、扫描速度2500 mm/s、脉冲频率50 kHz的条件下,可以获得较优的切割质量与效率,得到的切缝周围热影响区宽度约2μm、切缝锥角约1.5°、切割表面粗糙度约Ra1.6μm。Laser cutting of carbon fiber reinforced composites was conducted using a femtosecond laser with a wavelength of 515 nm.The cutting quality was characterized by the width of heat affected zone,taper angle of slit and the cutting surface roughness,and the cutting efficiency was characterized by the equivalent cutting speed.The effects of laser power,scanning speed and pulse frequency on the cutting quality and efficiency were studied,and the final process optimization was carried out.The result showed that better cutting quality and efficiency could be obtained under the conditions of laser power 20 W,scanning speed 2500 mm/s and pulse frequency 50 kHz.In result,The width of heat affected zone around the slit,the cutting taper angle and cutting surface roughness is about 2μm,1.5°and Ra1.6μm,respectively.
