摘 要:钱营孜煤矿拟在工业场区内新建一个千米深副立井井筒,采用冻结法施工,在井壁设计中使用了高强高性能混凝土。为确保新副井冻结井壁施工既安全可靠又经济合理,在充分调研周边地区所生产的原材料的基础上,根据就近、就地化原则,在实验室进行了高性能混凝土材料配合比优化试验研究,获得了能够满足现场施工的最优配合比,混凝土拌制用原材料的质量和稳定性是配制高性能混凝土的关键,现场搅拌混凝土时严格对各材料用量进行计量和计算。Qianyingzi Coal Mine would be proposed to construct a new 1 000 m depth auxiliary mine shaft in the industrial square.The mine shaft would be constructed with the ground freezing method and the high strength and high performance concrete would be applied in the design of the mine shaft lining.In order to ensure the construction of the new auxiliary mine freezing shaft lining being safety,reliability and rational economic,based on a full investigation on the raw materials produced from the surrounding areas,according to the nearby and localized principle,a test and study on the mixing ratio optimization of the high performance concrete material were conducted in the lab.An optimal mixing ratio obtained could meet the site construction and the site construction technique of the freezing shaft lining in the new auxiliary mine shaft was provided.
