摘 要:结合哈密一矿回风立井井壁修复施工项目,通过采用“复合截面加固法”完成对混凝土井壁缺陷部位的修复,从而提高了井筒整体结构的安全使用性、耐久性能及适用性。该技术较传统的“槽钢梁(井圈)+壁后注浆加固法”具有施工安全风险小、工期短、投资少、不改变井筒截面技术参数等特点,为破损井壁修复提供了一种新工法,可为类似工程设计及施工提供依据和参考。In combination with the construction item of the lining repair in the air return mine shaft of Hami No.1 Mine,with the application of"compound cross-section reinforcement method"to conduct the defect part repair of the concrete lining,the safety application,durable performances and applicability of the integral structure of the mine shaft were improved.In comparison with the conventional"steel channel beam(shaft ring)+backfill grouting reinforcement method",the new technology would have a less construction safety risk,short construction period,less investment,no changed sectional technical parameters of the shaft and other features,could provide a new method to the defected lining repair and could provide the basis and references to the similar engineering design and construction.
