摘  要:河北省矾山磷矿盲竖井系统是矿山二期工程的主要提升系统。原设计盲竖井矿石破碎采用固定的破碎锤进行破碎,由于破碎锤效率低,故障率高,加上矿石的可破性差,导致生产能力受到很大的制约。2014年对1#破碎进行了改造,采用侧卸式卸载站卸矿,鄂式破碎机破碎,但是受井下矿石黏度和湿度的影响,卸载能力仍较低,无法满足生产需求。本文研究了矾山磷矿二期工程335中段2#卸载站、溜井及井下紧邻卸载站矿石溜放与破碎工艺,有效解决了卸矿水平和装矿水平高差受限的问题及侧卸式矿车存在的粘车底问题。该工艺利用有限的空间实现了底卸式卸矿,在侧向布置破碎硐室进行破碎,提高了破碎效率,同时解决了大块矿石对盲井箕斗的破坏,增大了提升能力,为类似矿山破碎系统施工积累了经验。A blind shaft system in Fanshan Phosphor Mine was a major hoisting system of the mine second phase project.A fixed crushing hammer was applied to crush the ores in the original designed blind shaft mine.Due to a low efficiency of the crushing hammer,high failure rate and poor breakability of the ore,thus the production capacity was highly restricted.In the year of 2014,No.1 crusher was reconstructed and a jaw crusher was applied to the crushing.But effected by the viscosity and moisture of the ore in the underground mine,the unloading capacity was still low and could not meet the production requirement.The paper had a study on the No.2 unloading station at No.335 middle section of the second phase project in Fanshan Phosphor Mine,ore pass and ore passing and crushing technique closed to the unloading station in the underground mine and the study effectively solved the high difference limit between the ore unloading level and loading level as well as the car bottom sticking problem existed in the side unloading car.With the limited space,the technique realized the ore bottom unloading.A lateral layout crushing chamber was applied to the crushing and the crushing efficiency was improved.Meanwhile,the blind shaft skip damaged by the large ores was solved.Thus the hoisting capacity was improved and the experiences of the construction for the similar mine crushing system were accumulated.
