摘 要:随着煤炭形势持续好转,对矿井产能提升的需求日益加剧,尤其对采区产能的提升更为迫切,利用中转煤仓缓冲运输替代直接皮带搭接方式的设计更普遍。然而,传统煤仓存在工程量小(一般约为30 m)、准备期长、装备投入大和利用率低等问题,研究发现在煤仓口外围设计专用行人通道,既可减少装备投入和矿建工程量,又可缩短20%以上工期,具有较好的应用推广价值。With the continuous improvement of the coal situation,the mine production capacity was required to be improved increasingly,especially the production capacity of the mining block was urgent to be improved,the design with the buffer transportation of the transit coal bunker to replace the direct coal conveyor belt connection method was more common.However the conventional coal bunker would have a small engineering quantity(generally about 30 m),a long preparation period,a high equipment investment and a low application rate and other problems.The study found that the special walkway access designed at the periphery of the coal bunker opening also could reduce the equipment input and mine construction engineering quantity,could reduce over 20%of the construction schedule and could have a good application and promotion value.
