摘  要:以山西临汾矿区的首个大直径反井钻机钻井工程为背景,结合井筒穿过地层条件、工程条件、钻井装备性能等研判了临汾矿区大直径反井钻机钻井可行性,分析了该地区反井钻机扩孔钻进速度、围岩支护速度及其支护效果。新建风井实现了反井钻机扩孔直径5.3m,钻进时间为43 d,日最高扩孔钻进进尺13 m,累积钻井进尺261.1 m,纯支护时间为48 d,日均支护段高为5.44 m,最后形成表土段净径5.3 m、基岩段净径5.0 m的井筒,从导孔钻进、反向扩孔和围岩支护,纯建井工期仅为100 d,实现了安全快速建井,可为其他同类工程提供参考依据。With a boring engineering of a first large diameter raise boring machine in Shanxi Linfen Mining Area as a background,in a combination with the stratum condition of the mine shaft passed through,engineering condition,boring equipment performances and others,the paper had a study on the boring feasibility of the large diameter raise boring machine in Linfen Mining Area and had an analysis on the reaming speed of the raise boring machine,surrounding rock support speed and support effect in the area.The new mine ventilation shaft realized the reaming diameter 5.3 m of the raise boring machine,the boring time was 43 days,the highest reaming footage per day was 13 m,the total boring footage was 261.1 m,the pure support time was 48 days and the average support height per day was 5.44 m.Finally,the net diameter of the mine shaft in the overburden section was 5.3 m and the net diameter of the mine shaft in the bedrock section was 5.0 m.From the pilot hole drilling,reverse reaming and surrounding rock support,the pure shaft construction period was only 100 days and a safety rapid shaft construction was realized.All above could provide the reference basis to other similar engineering.
