广西某三甲医院2017—2021年继续医学教育情况及干预分析

摘　　要：目的通过对某三甲医院2017—2021年继续医学教育管理情况进行回顾性分析,了解医院继续医学教育工作的现状,分析存在的问题,并针对性地提出改进措施,提高继续医学教育工作质量。方法通过采集5年间医院继续医学教育工作开展的资料,运用Excel建立数据库,通过描述性统计分析方法对继续医学教育对象职称结构、总人数、学分结构、学分审核通过率及达标率等情况进行分析及干预。结果5年来,医院继续医学教育对象总人数从1460名增加到1956名,呈上涨趋势;2020年起学分审批规范后,一些机构的Ⅱ类纸质学分条数录入从2019年最高5.52%降低到0.04%,基本取消认定和录入;5年来,医院总体学分审核通过率均在99.00%以上,学分审核通过率仍可以趋于平稳,医院总体学分达标率均在90.00%以上,后期总达标率逐步达到99.00%以上,Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类学分达标率均保持在99.10%以上。结论继续医学教育对象人数的逐年增加,管理过程难度加大。通过完善组织构架、政策制度、建立信息化体系、精细化全程管理等手段,不断提高医院继续医学教育学分达标率,提升医院继续医学教育质量。Objective Through a retrospective analysis of the management of continuing medical education in a tertiary hospital from 2017 to 2021,to understand the current situation of continuing medical education in the hospital,to analyze the existing problems and put forward improvement measures to improve the quality of continuing medical education.Methods By collecting the data of the hospital's continuing medical education in the past 5 years,and using Excel to establish a database.Through descriptive statistical analysis method,the professional title structure,total number of students,credit structure,credit review pass rate and compliance rate of continuing medical education subjects were analyzed and intervened.Results In the past five years,the total number of continuing medical education subjects in the hospital has increased from 1460 to 1956,showing an upward trend.After the standardization of credit approval from 2020,the entry of Class II paper credits in some institutions has been reduced from a maximum of 5.52%in 2019 to 0.04%,basically canceling the recognition and entry.In the past five years,the overall credit review pass rate of the hospital had been above 99.00%,and the credit review pass rate can still be stabilized.The overall credit compliance rate of the hospital was above 90.00%,and the total compliance rate had gradually reached more than 99.00%in the later period,and the compliance rate of Class I and Class II credits had remained above 99.10%.Conclusion The number of continuing medical education subjects is increasing year by year,and the management process is more difficult.By improving the organizational structure,policy system,establishing an information system,and refining the whole-process management method,continuously improve the hospital's continuing medical education credit compliance rate and improve the hospital's continuing medical education quality.
