摘　　要：为使医院医疗质量管理与控制工作能够可持续发展,成为规范、同质化、精细化的工作,提升医院的服务水平,提升服务质量,确保医疗安全,提升医院的核心竞争力,本院参照全面质量管理理论,提出构建医院三级医疗质量控制体系理念。医院全面质量管理体系的全方位构建将医疗质量安全放在核心位置,实现医疗技术管理的规范性,将医院内医疗、医技、护理、医工、后勤、财务、医保、信息、门急诊及教学科研等医院多个系统串联在一起,促进管理规范化。本院工作效率指标、诊疗质量指标和医疗文书书写指标均得到提升,医院全面质量管理体系的全过程管理与评价取得明显成效。In order to make the medical quality management and control of the hospital develop sustainably,become a standardized,homogeneous and refined work,improve the service level of the hospital,improve the service quality,ensure the medical safety,and enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital,referring to the theory of total quality management,our hospital proposes the concept of building a three-level medical quality control system in hospitals.The comprehensive construction of the hospital's comprehensive quality management system puts medical quality and safety at the core,realizes the standardization of medical technology management,and connects multiple hospital systems such as medical treatment,medical technology,nursing,medical engineering,logistics,finance,medical insurance,information,outpatient and emergency,teaching and scientific research in the hospital to promote standardized management.The hospital's work efficiency indicators,diagnosis and treatment quality indicators,and medical document writing indicators have all been improved.The whole-process management and evaluation of the hospital's total quality management system has achieved remarkable results.
