摘　　要：档案管理为医院管理中的重要组成,创建完善的医院档案能够为医院各项工作提供有效依托。如今在大数据、云计算等的支持下医院档案形态开始从纸质、半纸质走向数字化,档案管理从实体管理变为数据管理,档案内容也过渡至信息化传递。这是数据时代档案管理发展下的大势所趋,亦是新时代档案利用的应然之选。文章对医院档案管理进行应用分析,主要基于医院档案管理信息化建设使用流程进行探讨,以期实现信息共享,提高医院档案管理水平。Archives management is an important part of hospital management,and the establishment of perfect hospital archives can provide effective support for various work of the hospital.Nowadays,with the support of big data and cloud computing,the form of hospital archives has begun to change from paper and semi-paper to digital.File management has changed from entity management to data management,and the content of files has also transitioned to information delivery.This is the general trend in the development of archives management in the data age,and it is also the natural choice for archives utilization in the new era.The article analyzes the application of hospital archives management,mainly based on the process of hospital archives management informatization construction and use,in order to realize information sharing and improve the management level of hospital files.
