摘 要:目的探究医院设备管理实施精细化管理的效能,并提出改进措施。方法从简阳市人民医院信息系统对262名医务人员、664台设备进行调查研究,综合分析精细化设备管理前(2020年1—12月)、管理后(2021年1—12月)的设备管理效能情况。结果在设备管理质量方面,实施前后的设备完好率(85.99%vs 97.44%)、设备故障率(11.30%vs 1.57%)、单台设备维修次数[(1.27±0.12)次vs(0.43±0.07)次]、清洗消毒合格率(85.54%vs 98.34%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在设备缺陷方面,实施前后的设备元件损坏(12.35%vs 2.26%)、设备功能不全(13.40%vs 2.71%)、设备连接缺陷(12.80%vs 1.96%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在设备使用效率方面,实施前后设备取用耗时[(12.67±2.41)min vs(8.05±1.67)min]、设备消毒保养耗时[(13.35±4.18)min vs(16.29±3.74)min]、设备使用终末消毒整理耗时[(34.36±5.18)vs(30.14±4.69)min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在满意度方面,实施后的满意度是95.80%明显高于对照组的85.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院设备管理中,实施精细化管理可以更好地提高设备管理质量、使用效率,提高医务人员使用管理的满意度,对于实现更加科学有效的设备管理起到重要作用。Objective To explore the efficiency of the implementation of refined management in hospital equipment management,and propose improvement measures.Methods From the information system of Jianyang People's Hospital,262 medical staff and 664 sets of equipment were investigated.Comprehensively analyze the equipment management performance before refined equipment management(January to December 2020)and after management(January 2021 to December 2021).Results In terms of equipment management quality,the equipment integrity rate before and after implementation(85.99%vs 97.44%),equipment failure rate(11.30%vs 1.57%),maintenance times of a single equipment[(1.27±0.12)times vs(0.43±0.07)times],and the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection(85.54%vs 98.34%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of equipment defects,equipment component damage before and after implementation(12.35%vs 2.26%),equipment incompetence(13.40%vs 2.71%),equipment connection defects(12.80%vs 1.96%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of equipment use efficiency,the time-consuming for equipment access before and after implementation[(12.67±2.41)min vs(8.05±1.67)min],the time-consuming for equipment disinfection and maintenance[(13.35±4.18)min vs(16.29±3.74)min],time-consuming for terminal disinfection and finishing of equipment[(34.36±5.18)vs(30.14±4.69)min],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the satisfaction rate after implementation was 95.80%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group was 85.12%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In hospital equipment management, the implementation of refined management can better improve the quality and efficiency of equipment management, and improve the satisfaction of medical staff in the use of management, which plays an important role in realizing more scientific and effective equipment management.
