摘 要:深地钻井是开展科学研究与资源开发的核心手段之一,地球深部的高温高压环境给深井的钻进造成一定影响。本文从高温高压钻进井壁裂隙发育问题入手,运用离散元软件PFC 3D开展钻进模型的构建,通过颗粒粒径选取、接触模型选择、模型细观参数标定、热力耦合计算、钻头模型设计等流程,实现了对深部岩体特性和地层特征以及适用钻头的有效模拟,建立了深地高温高压钻进模型。为深地钻井工艺选取、参数设计、钻头钻具选用、轨迹设计等方面的研究提供一定的思路与理论支持。Deep drilling is the core means of scientific research and resource development.The high temperature and high-pressure environment in deep part of earth has a certain impact on the smooth drilling of deep wells.In this paper,the authors start with the problem of fracture development in borehole wall during high temperature and high pressure drilling,carry out the construction of drilling model with discrete element software PFC 3D,realize the effective simulation of deep rock and formation characteristics,as well as the applicable bits through the processes of particle size selection,contact model selection,model meso parameter calibration,thermal coupling calculation and bit model design,establish deep high temperature and high pressure drilling model.It provides some ideas and theoretical support for the research of deep drilling technology selection,parameter design,bit and drilling tool selection,trajectory design and so on.
