摘 要:目前,发展中国家建设的综合钢厂一般采用自建燃气电站供电,装机容量不大,一般从几十兆瓦到上百兆瓦,不与地方电网相连,采用孤网运行模式。综合钢厂冲击负荷主要是炼钢和轧钢工艺段负荷,尤其是炼钢炉,单台功率可达十几兆瓦,对电力系统运行条件很严酷,主要是冲击负荷的投入和退出对孤网系统的频率影响较大。因此,在燃气电站供电设计过程中需对整个系统进行建模、仿真加载,确保孤网系统的稳定和可靠。At present,comprehensive steel plants built in developing countries generally use self-built gas-fired power plants for power supply,with small installed capacity,generally tens of megawatts to hundreds of megawatts,not connected to local power grids,and operate in isolated grid mode.The impact load of a comprehensive steel plant is mainly the load of the steelmaking and rolling process sections,especially the steelmaking furnace.The power of a single unit can reach more than ten megawatts.The operating conditions of the power system are very harsh,mainly the switching of the impact load to the isolated grid system.Therefore,it is necessary to model the entire system and simulate the loading process during the power generation design process of the gas-fired power station to ensure the stability and reliability of the isolated grid system.
