摘 要:为进一步降低变电站设备后期维护成本,提出一种新型智能变电站智能电子设备(intelligent electronic device,IED)--通用IED,并实现通用IED之间硬件完全互换,降低备品备件数量。在此基础上,为提高变电站内采集的数据及中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU)资源共享,通过基于变电站保护功能群(function group,FG)实现保护功能由不同通用IED协同完成的虚拟综合继电保护装置。最后提出一种基于通用IED面向功能的新型智能变电站保护框架方案,并在3/2接线方式变电站条件下与面向一次设备的智能变电站保护框架方案进行对比分析。结果表明所提方案设备数量更少,二次回路更简化,有利于降低设备投入以及后期的运维检修成本。In order to reduce the cost of device late maintenance costs in the substation,this paper proposes an intelligent electronic device(IED)for the novel intelligent substation,which calls generic IED.This device can realize the interchangeability of the hardware between the generic IEDs and reduce the quantity of spare parts.On this basis,in order to improve the resources sharing of the acquired data and the central processing unit(CPU)in the substation,the virtual comprehensive relay protection coordinated by different generic IEDs is proposed also,which is based on the protection function group(FG).Finally,the paper presents a protection frame scheme for the function-oriented novel intelligent substation based on generic IED and compares with the primary device oriented substation protection frame scheme under the 3/2 breaker substation arrangement.The results indicate that the proposed scheme requires fewer devices and simplifies secondary circuits,which is in favour of greatly reducing the device investments and maintenance costs.
