摘 要:为了探究一起换流阀PVDF材质冷却水管损伤漏水事故发生的原因及其机理,选取同厂家一段发生事故损伤的旧水管和一段新水管作为研究对象。首先,对无损伤部位的旧水管进行电损伤复现试验,并对事故水管和试验前后水管进行取样;接着采用傅里叶红外光谱和差示扫描量热技术测试各个试样的微观参数。结果表明:事故水管损伤处具有乙烯基和羟基的振动峰强度明显增强、结晶度大幅下降的微观特征;由于短时击穿放电产生放电凹痕的降解过程过于剧烈,残留部分的特征微观参数变化与事故水管损伤的不一致;加速电晕老化过程相对缓慢且时间跨度大,在造成损伤的同时,会有大量未被完全降解的部分残留在水管表面,具有与事故水管损伤处一致的微观特征。由此可以推断事故水管的损伤是由长时的电晕老化造成的。To explore the cause and mechanism of a water leakage accident on the surface of PVDF cooling water pipe of the converter valve,a section of an old and a new water pipe of the same manufacturer were selected as the research objects.Firstly,the electrical damage recurrence experiments were carried out on the old water pipes with no damages.The accident water pipes and the water pipes before and after the experiments were sampled.Next,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)techniques were used to obtain the microscopic parameter of each sample.The results shows that the damaged part of the accident water pipe possesses the micro characteristics with an obvious increase in vibration peak intensity of vinyl and hydroxyl.In addition,the sharp decrease of crystallinity is another micro characteristic.The degradation process of discharge dent produced by short-time breakdown discharge is too intense.Therefore,there are no distinct changes in the characteristic micro parameters of the discharge dent.The accelerated corona aging process is relatively moderate,and the aging period is long.While causing damage,a large number of incompletely degraded parts remain on the surface of the water pipe,which has the same microscopic characteristics as the accidental water pipe damage.Therefore,it is deduced that the damage accident is caused by long-term corona aging.
