摘  要:定风量空调系统是船用中央空调系统的重要组成部分,为人员住舱和部分工作舱室提供一定温湿度和洁净度的新鲜空气。船用空调系统多采用一次回风系统,通过集中式空调器回风口设置的温湿度传感器,来控制空调器的能量调节和送风温度。然而,在回风温度受到干扰、舱内人员数量变化或末端风量被调节等情况下,舱内的实际温度将受到影响,部分舱室不能满足设计需求。某外贸船采用回风控制和典型舱室控制相结合的方法,根据不同工况下对两种控制方法的切换使用,解决了上述影响因素引起的舱内温度不稳定的情况。Constant air volume air-conditioning system is an important part of marine central air-conditioning system,which provides fresh air with certain temperature,humidity and cleanliness for personnel living quarters and some working cabins.The primary air return system is mostly used in the marine air-conditioning system.The energy regulation and air supply temperature of the air conditioner are controlled by the temperature and humidity sensor set at the return air outlet of the centralized air conditioner.However,when the return air temperature are disturbed,the number of personnel in the cabin changes or the end air volume is adjusted,the actual temperature in the cabin will be affected,and some cabins can't meet the design requirements.A foreign trade ship adopts the combination of return air control and typical cabin control.According to the switching use of the two control methods under different working conditions,the instability of cabin temperature caused by the above influencing factors is solved.
