摘　　要：某船舷侧排气系统实船应用中出现异常喷淋故障,在分析系统功能组成及工作原理的基础上,深入分析系统各工作环节控制逻辑,找出异常喷淋故障的原因并通过故障再现进行验证。通过改进控制逻辑解决故障,优化系统设计,并对舷侧排气系统装船应用提出建议。The abnormal water spraying failure occurred in the application of a ship’s Side Exhaust System.Based on the analysis of the functional composition and working principle,the control logic of each working link of the system is deeply analyzed to find out the causes of the abnormal water spraying and the causes is verified by the fault reappearance.The fault is solved by improving the control logic of the system.The system design is optimized and also some suggestions are given on the application of side exhaust system in shipment.
