摘  要:以75%THPS为主药,采用圆盘造粒工艺制备15%(质量分数)THPS颗粒,采用颗粒强度仪、碘量法、正交实验考察造粒剂、黏合剂的种类和添加量对THPS颗粒的形貌、粒度、强度、成粒率等性能的影响。结果表明,较适宜的工艺条件为:圆盘倾斜角为50°,转速为30 r/min,膨润土质量分数为20%,元明粉为50%,预糊化淀粉为20%,滑石粉为3%,微晶纤维素为7%,此时颗粒THPS含量为15.0%,成粒率为94.1%,强度为41.2 N。75%THPS was used as the main drug and 15%(mass fraction)THPS pellets were prepared using a disc granulation process.The effects of the type and addition of granulating agent and binder on the properties of THPS pellets such as morphology,particle size,strength and granulation rate were investigated using a particle strength meter,the iodine method and orthogonal experiments.The result showed that the optimum process conditions were obtained as follows:disc inclination angle of 50°,rotational speed of 30 r/min,bentonite mass fraction of 20%,metamine powder of 50%,pre-gelatinised starch of 20%,talc of 3%and microcrystalline cellulose of 7%,which resulted in a THPS content of 15.0%,granulation rate of 94.1%and strength of 41.2 N.
