磺酸型接枝材料的制备及其对镓离子吸附性能的研究

摘  要:通过接枝聚合反应成功制备了新型接枝树脂D301-g-PSSS。确定了最佳反应条件为:反应温度62℃,反应时间16 h,对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)单体用量为10 g,引发剂为单体用量的1%(质量分数)时,接枝率达到最大32.56%。对其结构用傅里叶红外光谱仪进行了表征且研究了D301-g-PSSS对Ga(Ⅲ)的吸附。在25℃、溶液的pH为2时,D301-g-PSSS对Ga(Ⅲ)的吸附在24 h达到平衡,吸附量达到386.6 mg/g,经过对数据拟合发现其符合准一级动力学模型。此外,接枝材料具有良好的重复使用性能。A new graft resin D301-g-PSSS was successfully prepared by graft polymerization.The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows:reaction temperature 62℃,reaction time 16 h,the amount of sodium p-styrene sulfonate(SSS)monomer was 10 g,the initiator was 1%(mass fraction)of monomer,and the grafting rate reached the maximum 32.56%.The structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and the adsorption of Ga(Ⅲ)on D301-g-PSSS was investigated.At 25℃and pH=2,the adsorption of Ga(Ⅲ)on D301-g-PSSS reached equilibrium at 24 h,and the adsorption capacity reached 386.6 mg/g.After data fitting,it was found that D301-g-PSSS was in line with the Lagergren-first-order kinetic model.In addition,the grafted material has good reuse performance.
