摘 要:针对华北油田某采油厂污泥池内难处理的含油污泥,开展生物洗油实验。研究了两种典型生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂与槐糖脂复配洗油剂对油泥样品的处理效果。系统考察了不同的工艺条件对洗油效果的影响。结果表明,得到的最佳处理体系:鼠李糖脂∶槐糖脂(质量比)为4∶6,浓度为400 mg/L,Na_(2)SiO_(3)含量0.5%(ω),固液比1∶3 g/mL,搅拌速度300 r/min,90℃热水预洗30 min,后进行洗油剂洗脱,温度70℃,时间2 h。处理之后的样品含油率可以从37.18%下降至1.87%,含油污泥中油的去除率达到94.97%,以期为生物洗油现场应用提供参考。For the difficult oily sludge in the sludge pond of an oil production plant in North China Oilfield,carrying out biological washing oil experiment.The treatment effect of two typical biosurfactants rhamnolipid and sophorolipid compound detergent on sludge samples was studied.The effect of different process conditions on the oil washing effect was systematically investigated.The result showed that the best reaction conditions are:rhamnolipid∶sophorolipid ratio 4∶6,Na_(2)SiO_(3)content 0.5%(ω),solid-liquid ratio 1∶3 g/mL,stirring speed 300 r/min,90℃water pre-washing 30 min.Then,the washing oil was eluted,the concentration of the washing oil was 400 mg/L,the temperature was 70℃,and the time was 2 h.After treatment,the oil content of the sample can be reduced from 37.18%to 1.87%,and the removal rate of oil in the oily sludge reaches 94.97%.With a view to provide a reference for the field application of biological oil-washing.
