摘  要:由DCC和DMAP合成含有喹啉环的缓蚀剂(QA),再与丙烯酸(AA)和对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)通过自由基反应制备缓蚀阻垢剂(QAS)。由海藻酸钠(SA)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合制备水凝胶微球,控制QAS的释放。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对药物进行分析和表征。再以失重测试、原子力显微镜(AFM)测试研究了QAS在1 mol/L HCl中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能,在40℃下,当浓度为0.1 g/L时,缓蚀率可达93%。采用静态阻垢法、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)探究了缓蚀阻垢剂的阻垢性能,在40℃下,浓度为0.08 g/L时,对碳酸钙阻垢率可达94%。最后通过紫外可见分光光度计对药物释放性能进行表征。The corrosion inhibitor(QA)with DCC/DMAP method and reacts with acrylic acid(AA)and sodium antistyrene sulfonate(SSS)to prepare scale inhibitor(QAS).Hydrogel microballs were prepared by mixing sodium alginate(SA)with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to control the release of QAS.Drugs were analyzed and characterized by infrared spectroscopy and NMR hydrogen spectroscopy.Then,the corrosion resistance of QAS on Q235 steel in 1 mol/L HCl was studied by atomic force microscope(AFM)experiment.At 40℃,the concentration was 0.1 g/L,the corrosion rate up to 93%.Using the static scale resistance method,scanning electron microscope(SEM)is explored.At 40℃,at the concentration of 0.08 g/L,the scale resistance rate of calcium carbonate can reach 94%.Finally,the drug release performance was characterized by a UV-visible spectrophotometer.
