3例经数字化导板辅助下进行下颌骨成釉细胞瘤切除手术患者的护理体会

摘　　要：总结3例下颌骨成釉细胞瘤患者在数字化导板辅助下术后的护理过程。护理要点:术前对患者进行全面评估,完善各项术前准备;术后严密观察生命体征,做好伤口护理、移植腓骨瓣护理、口腔护理,正确使用负压引流装置,积极进行健康宣教及康复指导,3例患者顺利步行出院。To summarize the nursing process of 3 patients with mandibular ameloblastoma after operation assisted by digital guide plate.Nursing points:preoperative comprehensive evaluation of patients,improved the preoperative preparation.After operation,closed observation of vital signs,wound care,free fibula flap care,oral care,correct use of negative pressure drainage device,active health education and rehabilitation guidance,3 patients were discharged on foot.
