摘 要:直流断路器是直流输电系统安全稳定运行的核心装备。提出了一种具有重合闸功能的限流型混合式高压直流断路器(current limiting hybrid high voltage DC circuit breaker with reclosing function,RFL-HDCCB)。RFL-HDCCB拓扑利用限流支路的对称性,既实现了双向故障电流分断功能,又能够完成重合闸功能。无论是瞬时性故障还是永久性故障,都能够实现重合闸功能,恢复系统正常供电。分阶段对RFL-HDCCB的工作原理进行研究分析,然后对RFL-HDCCB进行了参数设计,最后利用PSCAD软件搭建起了系统仿真模型进行验证。验证结果表明,所提出的高压直流断路器与传统断路器相比,不仅能有效降低故障电流的上升率,减少对避雷器的耗能要求,而且降低了机楲开关的分断压力,限流能力明显,体现了所提方案的合理性。DC circuit breaker is the core equipment for the stable operation of the DC transmission system.In order to design a DC circuit breaker which can solve DC fault detection and isolation and has reclosing function,a kind of current-limiting hybrid high voltage DC circuit breaker with reclosing function(RFL-HDCCB) is proposed.RFL-HDCCB topology utilizes the symmetry of current-limiting branch,which not only realizes the bi-directional fault-current breaking function,but also can complete the reclosing function.Whether it is a transient failure or a permanent failure,the recloser function can be realized to restore the normal power supply of the system.By studying and analyzing the working principle of RFL-HDCCB in stages,the parameters of RFL-HDCCB are designed,and finally,the PSCAD software is used to build the system simulation model for verification.The simulation shows that,compared with the traditional circuit breaker,the proposed HVDC circuit breaker with RFL-HDCCB topology can not only effectively reduce the rise rate of fault current and reduce the energy consumption requirements of lightning arrester,but also reduce the breaking pressure of mechanical switch,and has obvious current-limiting capacity,which reflects the rationality of the proposed scheme.
