摘　　要：Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common chronic disease with high morbidity and mortality.Early prevention,diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively reduce its morbidity,improve prognosis,and reduce the economic burden of patients'families.With the deepening of molecular biology research,lncRNAs have become a research hotspot in recent years.They are involved in the occurrence,development and prognosis of diseases,providing new directions for disease research.This article reviews the research progress on the biological characteristics of lncRNAs and their association with the causes,pathological changes and therapeutic drugs of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
