摘　　要：地铁在开发过程中,会存在已运行地铁用房上进行地铁上盖开发,上盖方案调整导致上盖物业柱墙无法落地需要进行转换的情况;或已建成地铁车站配套因定位需求变化,需要进行拆改加固重建。在调整过程中设计和施工会碰到区别于常规项目的问题和困难。基于此,文中将对某个地铁项目碰到的问题进行分类总结,重点阐述其中的问题与解决对策。In the process of subway development,there will be the situation that the upper cover will be developed on the existing subway buildings,and the upper cover scheme will be adjusted so that the column wall of the property on the upper cover cannot fall to the ground and needs to be converted.Or the completed subway stations need to be demolished,modified,reinforced and rebuilt due to the changes in positioning requirements.In the process of adjustment design and construction will encounter different from the problems and difficulties of conventional projects.Based on this,the paper will classify and summarize the problems encountered in a subway project,and focus on the problems and solutions.
