摘 要:对宜宾市某输水干管工程进行实例分析,该工程为长距离、高扬程压力输水管道工程,因其线路长且地势复杂,管道水力和水锤计算是工程设计的重点与难点,也是保障输水干管安全运行的基础。根据水力计算分析可以选择出结构安全、满足工作压力要求、管材经济合理的输水管道;水锤计算分析则为水锤防护措施及防护设备的选择提供依据,以避免管道水锤对管道及二级泵站造成损坏。This paper andyzes a main water transmission pipe project in Yibin City.The project is a long-distance and high-pressure water transmission pipe project.Because of its long distance and complex terrain,the calculation of pipeline hydraulic power and water hammer is the key and difficult point of engineering design,and also the basis of ensuring the safe operation of the main water transmission pipe.According to the hydraulic calculation and analysis,we can choose the safe structure,meet the requirements of working pressure,economical and reasonable pipe.The calculation and analysis of water hammer can provide a basis for the selection of protective measures and protective equipment for avoiding damage caused by water hammer to pipelines and secondary pumping stations.
