摘  要:经过近20年的研发和应用,我国在气体机领域已取得很大的进步。但是,与国外同排量的气体机相比,国产气体机功率依然存在一定的差距。而且气体机功率会随着海拔的升高而明显降低,而增压技术是提高发动机功率的关键。本文对增压器的匹配计算方法进行了理论分析,并利用AVL-BOOST软件,针对某型高海拔瓦斯发电用气体机增压器进行仿真计算,详细介绍了增压器的理论计算方法。通过建立仿真计算模型,在增压器数字MAP参数、缸头元件组成、点火参数、气源组成及环境条件等方面对气体机各部分元件进行仿真标定,得出不同海拔下的增压器仿真计算结果。对仿真计算结果进行分析,得出增压器基础性能参数,对该参数中不达标的内容进行优化补充仿真计算,最终得出满足使用要求的某型高海拔瓦斯发电用气体机的增压器性能参数。After nearly 20 years of R&D and application,China has made great progress in the field of gas engines.However,compared with foreign gas engines with the same displacement,there is still a certain gap in the power of domestic gas engines.Moreover,the power of the gas engine will obviously decrease with the elevation,and the supercharging technology is the key to improve the engine power.In this paper,the matching calculation method of the supercharger is analyzed theoretically,and then the simulation calculation of a gas engine supercharger for high altitude gas power generation is carried out by using avl-boost software.This paper introduces the theoretical calculation method of the supercharger in detail.By establishing the simulation calculation model,the components of the gas engine are simulated and calibrated in terms of the digital map parameters of the supercharger,the composition of the cylinder head components,the ignition parameters,the composition of the gas source and the environmental conditions,and the simulation calculation results of the supercharger at different altitudes are obtained.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the performance parameters of the supercharger are preliminarily obtained,and the unreasonable contents in the parameters are optimized and supplemented by simulation calculation.Finally,the performance parameters of the supercharger of a certain type of high altitude gas power generation gas engine are obtained.
