摘 要:高速大功率发动机被广泛应用于船舶、油气田、矿车、发电机组等重要领域,其本身价值高。而且为了保证其轴系的可靠性,对保持机油压力的要求也较高。本文对某款高速大功率发动机机油压力低的故障进行了全面解析,利用仿真手段剖析润滑系统泄油量分布情况,并通过故障树法逐一对故障原因进行排查,最终发现发动机限压阀性能不稳定是导致故障的主要原因。针对故障原因实施改进措施并进行试验验证,验证结果证明改进措施有效。High speed and high power engines are widely used in ships,oil and gas fields,mining cars,generator sets and other important fields,and their own value is high.In order to ensure the reliability of its shafting,the requirements for oil pressure are also high.This paper comprehensively analyzes the low oil pressure fault of a high-speed high-power engine,analyzes the distribution of oil leakage in the lubrication system by means of simulation,and checks and analyzes the fault causes one by one through fault tree method.Finally,it is found that the unstable performance of the engine pressure limiting valve is the main cause of the fault.The improvement measures are implemented according to the fault causes and verified by tests.The verification results prove that the improvement measures are effective.
