快补柔性胶凝混合材料在高速公路桥面抢修中的应用

摘　　要：随着建筑行业的不断发展以及私家车数量的不断增加,我国对高速公路工程施工提出了更高的要求,为了确保高速公路工程能够圆满完成,保证工程施工操作的规范性和合理性,现提出一套系统、完善的桥面铺装抢修方案。介绍了桥梁情况、病毒具情况等相关工程概况,其次,研究了原材料配合比科学设计;从清除与清理缺陷路面、修补部位涂刷特快补底漆、加热与拌和特快补材料、病毒修补、拌制混凝土、浇筑混凝土、养生等方面入手,分析了特快补柔性修补材料施工工艺。结果表明:特快补柔性修补材料在快速抢修桥面铺装方面发挥出重要作用,不仅可以缩短工程整体养生时间,还能将施工人员以及机动车辆的安全风险降到最低,取得了较高的经济效益和安全效益,完全符合实际应用需求。希望通过这次研究,为高校相关教育工作者提供有效的借鉴和参考。With the continuous development of the construction industry and the continuous increase in the number of private cars,our country has put forward higher requirements for the construction of expressway projects.A systematic and complete emergency repair plan for bridge deck pavement is proposed.First,the general situation of bridges,virus equipment and other related projects was introduced.Second,the scientific design of raw material mix ratio was studied.From the aspect of clearing and cleaning up defective pavement,applying a quick-fix primer to the patched area,heating and mixing quick-fix ingredients,virus repair,mixing concrete,pouring concrete,health preservation,etc.,the construction technology of express repair flexible repair material was analyzed.The results show that the flexible repairing materials with express repair play an important role in the rapid repair of bridge deck pavement,which can not only shorten the overall maintenance time of the project,but also minimize the safety risks of construction personnel and motor vehicles,and achieve high economical results,which is fully in line with practical application needs.It is hoped that through this research,it can provide effective reference for relevant educators in colleges and universities.
