摘 要:临床上在对各种腰椎疾病进行治疗的过程中,经常需要对患者实施一定的骨移植治疗。这植骨的过程中,以往大多选择使用患者的自体骨进行治疗,但存在二次创伤和感染以及骨量不足之处。为此,临床上一直在积极的寻找更为理想的自体骨替代材料。近年来,各种新型的生物骨材料被不断的研发出来。其中,纳米晶胶原基骨材料是一种十分重要的类型,具有力学性能好,生物相容性好等诸多特点,得到人们日益广泛的关注,并在临床得到越来越多的应用。通过纳米晶胶原基骨材料的特点进行分析,研究其与腰椎疾病之间的关系,以及在腰椎疾病治疗中的应用可行性。结合具体的病例进行临床应用情况分析,研究纳米晶胶原基骨材料在临床上的应用情况与应用效果,总结相关的治疗经验。In the clinical treatment of various lumbar spine diseases,certain bone transplantation is often required for patients.In the process of bone grafting,in the past,most patients chose to use the patient's autologous bone for treatment,but there are shortcomings such as secondary trauma,infection,and insufficient bone mass.To this end,the clinic has been actively looking for more ideal autologous bone substitute materials.In recent years,various new biological bone materials have been continuously developed.Among them,the nano-crystalline collagen-based bone material is a very important type,which has many characteristics such as good mechanical properties and good biocompatibility.This article analyzes the characteristics of nano-crystalline collagen-based bone materials,studies its relationship with lumbar spine diseases,and its application feasibility in the treatment of lumbar spine diseases.After that,combined with specific cases,the clinical application was analyzed,the clinical application and application effect of nano-crystalline collagen-based bone materials were studied,and the relevant treatment experience was summarized.
