摘 要:可降解生物材料广泛应用于生物医学领域,其降解行为对于调控材料的降解速率、分析降解产物、指导医用器件的开发与使用等具有重要意义,是当前研究的热点。阐述了在耳鼻喉科临床上常见的生物可降解材料的主要种类,生物可降解材料在耳鼻喉手术与护理中的应用。生物可降解材料具有良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性能,在耳鼻喉临床手术中安全可靠,可以有效防止术后粘连的现象产生。同时可降解的伤口缝合线、止血材料等在耳鼻喉科术后护理中也有着重要的作用。Biodegradable biomaterials are widely used in biomedical fields,and their degradation behavior is important for regulating the degradation rate of materials,analyzing degradation products,guiding the development and use of medical devices,etc.,which is a hot topic of current research.This article describes the main types of biodegradable materials commonly used in ear,nose and throat(ENT)clinical practice,and the application of biodegradable materials in ENT surgery and care.Biodegradable materials have good biocompatibility and biodegradable properties,which are safe and reliable in ENT clinical surgery and can effectively prevent the phenomenon of postoperative adhesions.Meanwhile,biodegradable wound sutures and hemostatic materials also have an important role in ENT postoperative care.
