摘 要:为筛选科尔沁沙地安全越冬的苜蓿种质材料,揭示苜蓿抗寒性评价的抗氧化生理特性,以黄花苜蓿(Medicago falcata L.)和8个紫花苜蓿品种(Medicago sativa L.)(公农1号、敖汉苜蓿、北极熊、骑士T、亮苜、巨能3015、东苜1号、草原3号)为材料,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,在科尔沁沙地种植不同苜蓿种质材料,于封冻期前,将苜蓿越冬器官进行人工模拟低温处理,测定苜蓿根颈的丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)、可溶性蛋白(soluble protein,SP)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)和过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)变化。结果显示:分类值D=0.22时9个苜蓿材料可划分为4个抗寒群体,第Ⅰ类抗寒性最强的品种为黄花苜蓿;第Ⅱ类抗寒性强的品种为北极熊、草原3号;第Ⅲ类抗寒性较强的品种为公农1号、敖汉苜蓿、亮苜、东苜1号;第Ⅳ类抗寒性较弱的品种为巨能3015、骑士T。利用回归分析法建立苜蓿种质材料抗寒性预测回归模型:D=4.114-4.161MDA+0.965SP,表明MDA和SP是评价苜蓿抗寒性较理想的生理指标。In order to screen the alfalfa germplasm materials for safe overwintering in Horchin sandy land and re⁃veal the antioxidant physiological properties of alfalfa for cold resistance evaluation,yellow alfalfa(Medicago fal⁃cata L.)and 8 alfalfa varieties(Medicago sativa L.)(Gongnong No.1,Aohan alfalfa,Polar Bear,Knight T,Liang al⁃falfa,Juneng 3015,Dongmu No.1 and grassland No.3)were selected as the material,and a single factor random⁃ized block test design was used.Different alfalfa germplasm materials were planted in the Horchin sandy land.Before the freezing period,the overwintering organs of alfalfa were artificially treated with low temperature to de⁃termine malondialdehyde(MDA),catalase(CAT),soluble protein(SP),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD).The results showed that the 9 alfalfa materials could be divided into 4 cold resistant groups under the classification value D=0.22,and category I varieties with the most cold resistant were yellow alfalfa;The varieties of category II were polar bear and grassland No.3;The varieties of category III with strong resistance were Gong⁃nong No.1,Aohan alfalfa,Liang alfalfa,and Dongmu No.1;The varieties of CategoryⅣwith weak cold resistance were Juneng 3015 and Knight T.The regression analysis method was used to establish a regression model for pre⁃dicting the cold resistance of alfalfa germplasm:D=4.114-4.161MDA+0.965SP,indicating that MDA and SP were ideal physiological indexes for evaluating the cold resistance of alfalfa.
