摘　　要：赞丹-3汤是蒙医防治心血管疾病的常用制剂,可用于防治冠心病、心肌缺血、心绞痛、心律失常等心血管疾病。心肌缺血-再灌注损伤(Myocardial ischemic-reperfusion injury,MIRI)是指冠状动脉急性部分或完全闭塞后,缺血的心脏经一定时期又恢复灌注,但周围组织破坏仍逐步加重的病理过程。主要基于已出版文献,采用文献综述法对赞丹-3汤抗氧化、抗心律失常、保护梗死心肌细胞、控制细胞焦亡、拮抗钙超载等研究进展进行综述,为赞丹-3汤防治MIRI的临床应用提供参考。Zandan-3 decoction is a commonly used preparation for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in Mongolian medicine.It can be used for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease,myo-cardial ischemia,angina pectoris,arrhythmia and other cardiovascular diseases.Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)refers to a pathological process in which the ischemic heart returns to perfusion after a certain pe-riod of acute partial or complete coronary artery occlusion,but the destruction of surrounding tissues is still pro-gressively aggravated.Mainly based on the published literature,this paper reviews the research progress of Zan-dan3 decoction in anti-oxidation,anti-arrhythmia,protection of infarcted myocardial cells,control of cell pyrop-tosis and antagonism against calcium overload by literature review method,which provide reference for clinical application of Zandan-3 decoction in the prevention and treatment of MIRI.
