摘 要:埃塞俄比亚亚的斯亚贝巴—吉布提铁路Sebeta—Mieso段外部电网系统薄弱,无法满足为每座牵引变电所提供两路独立外部电源进线的要求。本文根据提出的进线电源环进环出的外部电源进线方案,分别分析了牵引变电所高压进线侧大并联运行方式与分开供电运行方式特点,并详细罗列了各种运行情况,指出进线电源环进环出的外部电源方案满足供电可靠性的要求。埃塞亚吉铁路S—M段的设计经验可为电网薄弱地区的牵引供电设计提供借鉴。The external power network system of a section from Sebeta-Mieso of Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway in Ethiopia is weak and is unable to meet the requirements that two independent incoming lines of external power source shall be provided for each traction substation.The paper,in accordance with the proposed external power source incoming line scheme based on loop-in and loop-out incoming line principle,analyzes respectively the characteristics of great parallel operation and separate power supply mode of high voltage incoming line side of traction substation,lists out various operation situations in details,puts forward that the external power supply scheme of loop-in and loop-out of incoming lines is meeting with the requirements of power supply reliability.The experience for design of Sebeta-Mieso section of Ethiopia Addis Ababa-Djibouti railway is able to provide reference for design of traction power supply system in the area with weak power supply network.
