平行辊矫直机轴承润滑脂的研制

摘　　要：为了解决平行辊矫直机轴承润滑脂高温流失及结焦问题,对复合磺酸钙平行辊矫直机轴承润滑脂进行了研制。通过对半合成基础油,复合磺酸钙稠化剂及复合抗氧剂的考察,复合磺酸钙平行辊矫直机轴承润滑脂由半合成基础油(烷基萘+加氢基础油),复合磺酸钙[由38.2%的高碱值磺酸钙(100℃运动黏度104 mm^(2)/s,总碱值403 mg/g)与3.0%的混合酸(硼酸+12-羟基硬脂酸)皂化而成]及1.0%的复合抗氧剂(0.75%烷基二苯胺+0.25%屏蔽酚)组成。复合磺酸钙平行辊矫直机轴承润滑脂的氧化压力降(99℃,100 h,758 kPa)为18 kPa,10万次延长工作锥入度与工作锥入度差值为16单位,水淋损失量(79℃,1 h)为0%,相似黏度(-10℃,10 s^(-1))为358 Pa·s,磨痕直径(1200 r/min,392 N,75℃,60 min)为0.45 mm,150℃锥入度(3 h)与不工作锥入度差值为88单位,具有良好的氧化安定性,机械安定性,耐水性,泵送性,抗磨损性能及高温胶体稳定性,其性能达到或超过了进口复合磺酸钙润滑脂的水平。复合磺酸钙平行辊矫直机轴承润滑脂有效地解决了高温流失及结焦问题,能够满足5 kt钢产量的润滑周期要求,同时可降低约20%的消耗量。(图4表8参考文献6)In order to solve the problem of elevated temperature loss and coking of bearing grease of parallel rller leveler,the bearing grease of complex calcium sulfonate parallel roller leveler was developed.Through the investigation of semi-synthetic Stock,complex calcium sulfonate thickener and complex antioxidant,the bearing grease of complex calcium sulfonate paralel rller leveler consisted of semi-synthetic Stock(alkyl naphthalene+hydrogenated Stock),complex calcium sulfonate[made by saponification of 38.2%high base calcium sulfonate(100℃kinematic viscosity 104 mm^(2)/s,total base number 403 mg/g)and 3.0%mixed acid(boric acid+12-hydroxystearic acid)J and 1.0%complex antioxidant(0.75%alkyl diphenylamine+0.25%hindered phenol).The oxidation pressure drop(99℃,100 h,758 kPa)of the bearing grease of the complex calcium sulfonate parllel rller leveler was 18 kPa,the dfference between the working cone penetration and the working cone penetration after 100000 times of extension was 16 units.The water spray loss(79℃,1 h)was 0%,the similar viscosity(-10℃,10 s^(-1))was 358 Pa s,the wear scar diameter(1200 r/min,392 N,75℃,60 min)was 0.45 mm,and the difference between the 150 C cone penetration(3 h)and the non-working cone penetration was 88 units.It had good oxidation stability,mechanical stability,water resistance,pumping performance,anti-wear performance and elevated-temperature colloidal stability.Its performance reached or exceeded the level of imported complex calcium sulfonate grease.The bearing grease of complex calcium sulfonate parallel roller leveler effectively solved the problems of elevated temperature loss and coking,and could meet the lubrication cycle requirements of 5 kt steel production,while reducing the consumption by about 20%.(Charts4 Tables8 References6)
