摘 要:基础油在自动变速箱油(ATFs)配方中占比约80%,因此在自动变速箱油配方中具有很重要的地位,直接关系到自动变速箱油的性价比。就不同产地的同等质量级别的加氢基础油(包括国产基础油和进口基础油)对自动变速箱油的理化性能,摩擦学特性,抗氧化性能,橡胶相容性和储存稳定性等关键性能的影响进行了考察,以期拓展基础油的选择范围,同时为选择自动变速箱油的基础油提供技术支撑。研究发现,在同一功能添加剂体系下,不同产地的同等质量级别的加氢基础油调配的自动变速箱油的理化性能,摩擦学特性,抗氧化性能,橡胶相容性和储存稳定性等关键性能并没有显著的差异,均可用于调配自动变速箱油,拓展了基础油的选择范围。(图6表3参考文献8)Base oils accounted for about 80% of the formula of automatic transmission fluids(ATFs),so it played a very important role in the formula of automatic transmission fluids,which was directly related to the cost performance of automatic transmission fluids. The effects of hydrogenated base oils(including domestic base oils and imported base oils) of the same quality level from different places on the key properties of automatic transmission fluid,such as physicochemical performances,tribological characteristics,oxidation resistance,elastomer compatibility and storage stability were investigated. In order to expand the selection range of base oils and the technical support for the selection of base oils for automatic transmission fluid was provided. It was found that under the same functional additive system,there was no significant difference in the physicochemical performance,tribological characteristics,oxidation resistance,elastomer compatibility,storage stability and other key performances of the automatic transmission fluid prepared from the hydrogenated base oils of the same quality level from different places of origin. It could be used to blend automatic transmission fluid,which expanded the selection range of base oils.(Charts6 Tables3 References8)
