摘 要:液压支架用于煤矿顶板的支护,从而确保工作人员及采掘设备的安全,是保证煤矿安全生产的关键设备。目前我国煤矿液压支架使用的液压介质大多是冰点在-5℃左右的乳化液,在寒冷天气下会冻结,存在着液压支架被冻裂的风险,造成液压支架损坏。为了解决液压介质在寒冷天气下的冻结问题,防止液压支架损坏,对煤矿液压支架防冻液进行了研制。液压支架防冻液由0.056%的无机缓蚀剂,0.004%的增溶剂,1.35%的异构一元酸,0.15%的二元羧酸,0.08%的苯并三氮唑衍生物,0.15%的抗磨极压剂,0.015%的抗泡剂,适量的pH值调节剂及基础液(乙二醇+软化水)组成。研制的液压支架防冻液的性能达到了MT/T 76-2011标准的要求,并通过了中国煤炭科学研究院的安全标准认证,属于环境友好产品。目前液压支架防冻液的市场容量在20 kt/a左右。(图1表3参考文献3)Powered support was used for the support of coalmine roof,so as to ensure the safety of workers and mining equipment. It was the key equipment to ensure the safe production of coalmine. At present,the hydraulic medium used in coalmine powered support in China was mostly emulsion with freezing point of-5 ℃. It would freeze in cold weather,and there was a risk that the powered support would be frozen and cracked,resulting in damage to the powered support. In order to solve the freezing problem of hydraulic medium in cold weather and prevent the damage of powered support,the antifreezing fluid for coalmine powered support was developed. The powered support antifreezing fluid was composed of 0.056% inorganic corrosion inhibitor,0.004% solubilizer,1.35% isomerized monobasic acid,0.15% dicarboxylic acid,0.08% benzotriazole derivative,0.15% AW/EP additive,0.015% antifoam agent,an appropriate amount of pH regulator and base fluid(ethylene glycol+demineralized water). The performance of the developed antifreezing fluid for powered support met the requirements of MT/T 76-2011 standard,and had passed the safety standard certification of China Academy of Coal Sciences. It was an environmentally friendly product. At present,the market capacity of antifreezing fluid for powered support was about 20 kt/a.(Chart1 Tables3 References3)
