摘 要:聚醚因其结构的特殊性,易受光/热以及空气中氧的作用而产生微量的过氧化物(活性氧),严重影响到聚醚的抗氧化性能和/或使用性能,因此建立一种测定聚醚中活性氧含量的分析方法十分必要。在410nm测定波长下,利用碘负离子氧化反应和分光光度计建立了一种测定聚醚中的活性氧含量的碘负离子氧化-分光光度计法,并绘制了活性氧标准工作曲线,其相关系数达到了0.9989。当聚醚中活性氧含量≥1.66μg/g时,所建立的碘负离子氧化-分光光度计法的测定误差没有超过5.0%,相对平均偏差小于3.0%,重复性极差最大不超过7.23%,具有良好的准确性和重复性,可为聚醚生产工艺的优化和/或聚醚润滑油配方的改进提供参考或技术支撑。(图3表4参考文献2)Due to the particularity of its structure,polyethers were vulnerable to light/heat and oxygen in the air to produce trace peroxides(active oxygen),which seriously affected the oxidation resistance and/or service performance of polyethers.Therefore,it was necessary to establish an analytical method for determining the content of active oxygen in polyethers.An iodine anion oxidation-spectrophotometer method for the determination of active oxygen in polyethers was established by using iodine anion oxidation reaction and spectrophotometer at 410 nm measurement wavelength.The standard working curve of active oxygen was drawn,and its correlation coefficient reached 0.9989.When the content of active oxygen in polyethers was greater than or equal to 1.66μg/g,the determination error of the established iodine anion oxidation spectrophotometer method was not more than 5.0%,the relative average deviation was less than 3.0%,and the maximum repeatability range was not more than 7.23%.It had good accuracy and repeatability,and could provide reference or technical support for the optimization of polyethers production process and/or the improvement of polyethers lubricants formula.(Charts3 Tables4References2)
