摘 要:为研究带外挂夹心保温混凝土墙板钢框架的抗震性能,考虑有无墙板、墙板类型、点支撑连接螺栓类型等因素,对无墙板钢框架和带外挂夹心保温混凝土墙板钢框架进行低周反复荷载下的对比试验。结合试件破坏特征,分析了结构的滞回曲线、延性系数、耗能能力等抗震性能评价指标。结果表明:带外挂夹心保温混凝土墙板钢框架的破坏模式为“先墙板后框架”的形式;加载过程中墙板与框架连接螺栓在挂件节点预留槽口中产生滑移变形,当螺栓滑移至长槽口边缘后出现局部混凝土严重压碎开裂或螺栓剪切破坏,同时墙板破坏后钢梁屈曲变形而框架柱未有明显破坏。在弹性加载阶段墙板的存在能够提高框架体系的侧向承载性能,而在破坏阶段连接节点保证了结构整体的延性变形能力,使墙板与框架可以协同变形,但墙板开洞会削弱结构的整体性;墙板挂架节点采用不同类型的螺栓在弹性加载阶段对结构的抗震性能没有影响。In order to study the seismic performance of the steel frame with precast sandwich insulation concrete fa?ade panel,the comparative experiment of hollow steel frame and steel frame with precast sandwich insulation concrete fa?ade panel were carried out under low cycle repeated load test,considering the presence or absence of panel,the type of wallboard,the type of point support bolts,etc.The seismic performance of the overall structure,including the hysteresis curve,ductility coefficient and energy dissipation capacity of the frame structure are compared with the failure characteristics of the test piece.The results show that the failure mode of steel frame with external sandwich insulation concrete wallboard is“wallboard before frame”;during the loading process,the connecting bolts of wallboard and frame produce sliding deformation in the reserved slot of hanger joint,when the bolts slide to the edge of the long slot,the local concrete is seriously crushed and cracked or the bolts are sheared,the steel beam buckles and the frame column is not damaged at the same time.The existence of the wall panel can improve the frame lateral bearing capacity during the elastic loading stage,while the joints in the failure stage ensure the overall flexible deformation ability of the structure,so that the wall panel and the frame can be cooperatively deformed,but the wall panel opening will weaken the structure integrity;different types of bolts used in the upper node have little effect on the bearing capacity of the structure during the elastic loading phase.
