摘  要:大直径热力隧道下穿工程中可以采用超前深孔注浆的方法强化地层,这在卵石等松散的地层中较为常见。针对大直径热力隧道下穿工程中超前深孔注浆的作用效果,以北京市阜石路大直径热力隧道穿越东水西调管道工程为背景,通过有限元法数值仿真模拟等手段,对工程中采用超前注浆加固等手段控制既有管道隆起的作用效果进行研究。结果表明:(1)由开挖导致的地表沉降最大值发生在隧道中心正上方,地表沉降实测结果表明实际控制效果良好;(2)采用超前深孔注浆方法,隧道暗挖造成的主要扰动区域宽约为3倍跨度;(3)数值计算的管网沉降变形符合控制要求,超前注浆可以保证输水管网安全;(4)通过采用注浆加固地层的方式,可以明显减小地表沉降和管线沉降。说明了在卵石地层中,采用注浆加固的控制变形作用效果良好。In underpass projects of large diameter thermal tunnel,advanced deep hole grouting can be used to strengthen stratum,which is common in loose stratum such as pebbles.In view of this,this paper takes a large diameter thermal tunnel crossing the East-to-West water transfer pipeline project on Fushi Road in Beijing as the background,the effect of using advanced grouting reinforcement to control the uplift of existing pipelines was studied by means of finite element numerical simulation and other methods.The results show that:(1)The maximum surface settlement caused by excavation occurs directly above the center of the tunnel,and the measured results of surface settlement show that the actual control effect is good.(2)Using advanced deep hole grouting method,the main disturbance area caused by tunnel excavation is about three times the span in width.(3)The settlement deformation of the pipe network obtained by numerical calculation meets control requirements,and the safety of water distribution network is ensured.(4)The use of grouting reinforcement in pebble stratum can significantly reduce the surface settlement and pipeline settlement.
