摘 要:构建了大数据发展水平系统和绿色经济效率系统的评价指标体系。根据中国大陆2013—2018年30个省份(除西藏外)的面板数据,利用熵值法和耦合协调度模型动态测度了各省份大数据发展和绿色经济效率的综合水平以及两者的耦合协调度。结果表明:各省份在大数据发展水平上存在差异,并且在空间分布上也存在明显的差异;各省份在绿色经济效率上并没有表现出明显的区域特征和空间差异;各省份大数据发展水平与绿色经济效率两个系统之间具有较强的耦合关系,且两者之间处于同步发展阶段。An evaluation index system of big data development level system and green economy efficiency system is constructed.On the basis of the panel data of 30 provinces(except Tibet) in China’s mainland from 2013 to 2018,the entropy method and coupling coordination degree model are used to dynamically measure the comprehensive level of big data development and green economy efficiency of each province and the coupling coordination degree between them.The results show that there are differences in the development level of big data among provinces,and there are obvious differences in the spatial distribution;there are no obvious regional characteristics and spatial differences in green economic efficiency among provinces;there is a strong coupling relationship between the two systems of big data development level and green economic efficiency in all provinces,and they are at the stage of synchronous development.
