基于手工和EXCEL的物资管理流水账应用研究

摘　　要：对于临时性组成的项目,比如隔离点防疫物资的管理,其存在期间只有几周或几个月,而且物资管理人员专业性不强。如何建立相对规范的物资管理体系,保证物资的物尽其用显得十分重要。利用手工流水账管理与EXCEL工作簿数据处理相结合方式,探讨如何建立一套临时项目的物资管理方案,以期为将来同类物资管理提供借鉴。For temporary projects,such as the management of epidemic prevention materials at isolation spots,the existence period is only a few weeks or months,and the professionalism of material management personnel is not strong enough.It is very important to establish a relatively standardized material management system to ensure the best use of materials.This paper explores how to establish a set of materials management scheme for temporary projects with the combination of manual daily account management and EXCEL workbook data processing,in order to provide references for similar materials management in the future.
