摘　　要：中国边疆学是21世纪一门方兴未艾的交叉学科和新兴学科。加强其学科体系、学术体系和话语体系三位一体建设,既是民族学一级学科领域的热点问题,也是国家边疆安全、边疆建设和边疆发展的重大课题,更是新时代赋予边疆学人的重要历史使命。中国边疆学研究具有优良深厚的学术传统,边疆学学科体系建设已迈过它幼年的起步阶段,进入了青壮年厚积薄发的发展阶段。边疆民族地区是边疆和边疆学研究的重点问题和核心区域,对边疆历史与现实问题的研究,已突破传统边疆史地研究的范畴。其中边政学研究是边疆学研究的前奏曲,三大体系研究是边疆学最主要的内容,研究成果服务于边疆治理是边疆学研究和学科体系建设的价值目标。中国边疆学研究属于多学科综合性研究,现实边疆是对历史边疆的延续,对边疆现实问题的研究离不开对边疆历史的解读。中国边疆学隶属于民族学学科体系,是一门专门研究中国边疆的科学,已构成独立的知识体系和学科体系,具有建成独立学科的基本条件。Chinese borderland studies is an emerging interdisciplinary subject in the 21^(st)century.To strengthen the trinity construction of the discipline system,academic system and discourse system of Chinese borderland studies is not only a hot issue in the first-level discipline field of ethnology,but also a major subject of national borderland security,construction and development,and an important historical mission for borderland scholars in the new era.The study of Chinese borderland studies has a fine and profound academic tradition.After a long period of accumulation,the construction of the discipline system of borderland studies has gone beyond the initial stage and entered the stage of rapid development.Borderland ethnic minorities areas are the key issues and core areas in the research of borderland studies.The research on the history and reality of the borderland has broken through the category of the traditional research on the history and geography of the borderland.The study of borderland politics is the prelude to the study of borderland,and the study of the three systems is the main content of borderland studies.The value and goal of the construction of the discipline system of borderland studies is to apply the research results to the governance of borderland.Chinese borderland studies belongs to multidisciplinary comprehensive research.The realistic borderland is the continuation of the historical borderland,and the study of the realistic problems of the borderland is inseparable from the interpretation of the history of the borderland.Chinese borderland studies belongs to the discipline system of ethnology,and is a science specialized in the study of China’s borderland.It has constituted an independent knowledge system and discipline system,and has the basic conditions for building an independent discipline.
