摘  要:研究旨在为新疆绵羊血液原虫病提供病原数据库,调查克拉玛依及巴州和静县区域内绵羊常见血液原虫病流行特性感染情况。研究采用血液涂片和PCR方法调查绵羊6种常见血液原虫(羊巴贝斯虫、羊泰勒虫、吕氏泰勒虫、尤氏泰勒虫、绵羊无浆体和伯氏立克次氏体)的感染情况,并对其中部分病原进行基因序列比对及系统发育分析。结果显示,克拉玛依乌尔禾区及巴州和静地区绵羊血液涂片均未发现虫体感染。PCR结果显示,两区域内存在绵羊无浆体、伯氏立克次氏体感染情况,总阳性率分别为37.80%、37.76%。公羊的绵羊无浆体阳性数极显著低于母羊(P<0.01)。测定的绵羊无浆体序列分别与青海株和美国株相似性达到62%和100%;伯氏立克次氏体序列分别与北京株和法国株相似性达到62%和97%。The purpose of the study is to provide a pathogen database for sheep blood protozoa in Xinjiang,and to investigate the epidemic situation of common blood protozoa in sheep in Karamay and Bazhou Hejing County.In the study,blood smear and PCR methods were used to investigate the infection of six common blood protozoa in sheep(Babesia ovis,Theileria ovis,Theileria luwenshuni,Theileria uilenbergi,Anaplasma ovis and Coxielle burnetii),and gene sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis of some of the pathogens were carried out.The results showed that no parasite was identified in sheep blood smear in two areas.PCR results illustrated that only Anaplasma ovis and Coxielle burnetii were positive,and the total infection rate was 37.80%and 37.76%,respectively.The Anaplasma ovis infection numbers of rams was extremely lower than that of ewes(P<0.01).The Anaplasma ovis sequences of sheep were determined to be 62%and100%similar to Qinghai strains and American strains,respectively.The sequences of Coxielle burnetii were 62%and 97%similar to Beijing strains and French strains,respectively.
