盐酸克伦特罗在绒山羊尿液及组织内残留规律研究

摘  要:试验旨在研究盐酸克伦特罗在给药阶段绒山羊尿液和停药阶段绒山羊尿液及肝脏、肾脏、肺脏、肌肉等4种组织中残留规律。66只试验绒山羊中随机抽取6只作为对照组;其余60只随机分为A组和B组,每组设10个重复,每个重复3只羊。对照组饲喂不含盐酸克伦特罗的日粮,A组饲喂添加150μg/kg·BW盐酸克伦特罗的日粮,B组饲喂添加300μg/kg·BW盐酸克伦特罗的日粮。试验共60 d,分为两阶段,第一阶段为给药期25 d,第二阶段为停药期35 d。给药阶段测定各组绒山羊尿液中盐酸克伦特罗浓度,停药阶段测定尿液及各组织中的残留浓度。结果显示,A组和B组均在给药24 h内于尿液中检出盐酸克伦特罗。随着饲喂天数增加,盐酸克伦特罗在绒山羊体内不断地吸收和代谢,绒山羊体内盐酸克伦特罗残留量随之增加,盐酸克伦特罗在尿液中的检出浓度呈逐渐上升的趋势。停药后,两试验组绒山羊尿液中残留的盐酸克伦特罗浓度持续降低,至第35 d后,A组残留浓度约6μg/L,B组残留浓度约9μg/L。停药后第30 d,两试验组绒山羊肝脏中仍可检出盐酸克伦特罗残留,B组肌肉中检出量为2μg/kg;停药后第35 d,两试验组绒山羊除肝脏中仍可检出盐酸克伦特罗残留外,其他组织残留浓度均为0。研究表明,肝脏和尿液适合作为盐酸克伦特罗残留的检测靶标。The purpose of the experiment was to study the residual regularity of salt clenbuterol in cashmere goat urine during feeding period and cashmere goat urine during withdrawal period, as well as in four tissues including liver, kidney,lung and muscle. Among the 66 experimental cashmere goats, six goats were randomly selected as control group, the remaining 60 were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 10 replicates in each group and three goats in each replicate. Goats in control group were fed with the diet without clenbuterol hydrochloride, goats in group A was fed with the diet supplemented with 150 μg/kg·BW clenbuterol hydrochloride, and goats in group B was fed with the diet supplemented with 300 μg/kg·BW clenbuterol hydrochloride. The trial lasted for 60 d and was divided into two phases.The first phase was the administration period of 25 d, and the second phase was the drug withdrawal period of 35 d. The concentration of clenbuterol hydrochloride in the urine of cashmere goats in each group was measured during the administration period, and the residual concentration in urine and each tissue was measured during the withdrawal period.The results showed that clenbuterol hydrochloride was detected in the urine of both group A and group B within 24 hours of feeding. With the increase of feeding days, the continuous absorption and metabolism of clenbuterol hydrochloride in cashmere goats, the residual clenbuterol hydrochloride in cashmere goats increased, and the detected concentration of clenbuterol in urine showing a gradual upward trend. After drug withdrawal, the residual clenbuterol hydrochloride concentration in the cashmere goat urine of the two test groups continued to decrease. After the 35 th day, the residual concentration of group A was about 6 μg/L, and the residual concentration of group B was about 9 μg/L.
