摘 要:肠道中菌群、免疫分子与肠道黏膜免疫共同构成肠道微环境,T细胞在肠道免疫中具有重要作用。肠道内微生物与T细胞相互影响,共同构建机体免疫系统。许多疾病的发生也与肠道微环境及免疫系统稳态直接相关。T细胞分布于肠道上皮层、固有层、黏膜下层以及肠道集合淋巴结和其他有组织的卵泡集合中,其中固有层大多为CD4^(+) T细胞。文章主要阐述肠道微环境和CD4^(+) T细胞亚群的相互联系以及相关疾病的发生机制。The intestinal flora, immune molecules and intestinal mucosal immunity jointly constitute the intestinal microenvironment, and T cells play an important role in intestinal immunity. Microorganisms and T cells in the intestine interact with each other and jointly build the body’s immune system. The occurrence of many diseases is also directly related to the intestinal microenvironment and immune system homeostasis. T cells are distributed in the intestinal epithelial layer, lamina propria, submucosa, as well as in the intestinal collection lymph nodes and other organized follicle collections, of which the lamina propria are mostly CD4^(+)T cells. The article mainly describes the interrelationship between the intestinal microenvironment and CD4^(+)T cell subsets and the mechanism of related diseases, and prospects for future research in related fields.
