摘　　要：长三角地区人口老龄化的社会养老问题凸显,“医养结合”养老模式可以作为缓解老年人口养老压力的有效手段。若要积极推行长三角地区“医养结合”一体化新型养老服务,应明确长三角地区“医养结合”养老服务差异。长三角地区典型代表的中心区城市的生产力发展水平不平衡,导致养老医疗服务需求的差异化。借鉴国内外经验做法,对各地区如何因地制宜地开展“医养结合”养老模式进行具体规划,并提出相关的对策建议。The problem of aging population in the Yangtze River Delta is prominent,and the new pension model with the “combination of medical care and nursing care” can be used as an effective means to alleviate the pension pressure of the elderly population.In order to actively promote the new integrated pension service in the Yangtze River Delta,it is necessary to clarify the differences.The imbalance of the productivity development level in the typical central cities in the Yangtze River Delta results in the differentiation of the demands for pension service.By learning from international and domestic experiences and practices,this paper makes specific plans to carry out the integrated pension service according to local conditions,and proposes relevant countermeasures suggestions.
