全面质量控制理论用于幼师健康体检护理管理中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析在幼师健康体检护理管理中应用全面质量控制理论的实际应用效果。方法2019年10月—2021年9月期间在武警湖南总队医院进行健康体检护理管理研究,2019年10月—2020年9月护理管理中应用常规护理管理模式,2020年10月—2021年9月护理管理中应用全面质量控制理论。以20名护理人员作为研究对象,另外在两个年度各选取100名健康体检的幼师进行满意度等指标数据统计。比较结果并总结全面质量控制理论的应用效果。结果比较沟通能力等7项护理质量评价指标,发现全面质量控制理论护理管理模式全部优于常规护理管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。全面质量控制理论护理管理模式下护理投诉率和漏检率分别为2.00%和0.00%,而常规护理管理模式下分别为7.00%和4.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。全面质量控制理论护理管理模式下幼师护理管理满意度为99.00%,而常规护理管理模式下为89.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在幼师健康体检护理管理中应用全面质量控制理论,能够显著提升护理人员的护理质量,减少护理投诉和漏检情况,获得幼师体检者的高度满意。Objective To study and analyze the practical application effect of applying total quality control theory in the nursing management of kindergarten teachers'health examination.Methods From October 2019 to September 2021,a research on health examination nursing management was conducted in Armed Police Hunan Corps Hospital.The routine nursing management model was applied in nursing management from October 2019 to September 2020,and the comprehensive quality control theory was applied in nursing management from October 2020 to September 2021.Twenty nursing staff were selected as the research objects,and 100 kindergarten teachers who had undergone physical examinations were selected in each of the two years to conduct statistics on indicators such as satisfaction.Compare the results and summarize the application effect of total quality control theory.Results Comparing 7 nursing quality evaluation indicators including communication ability,it was found that the nursing management mode of comprehensive quality control theory was all superior to the conventional nursing management mode,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing complaint rate and missed inspection rate under the nursing management mode of the total quality control theory were 2.00% and 0.00%, respectively;in the conventional nursing management mode, the ratios were 7.00% and 4.00%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). Under the comprehensive quality control theory nursing management mode, kindergarten teachers' satisfaction with nursing management was 99.00%, while that under the conventional nursing management mode, the rates were 89.00%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion The application of total quality control theory in the nursing management of kindergarten teachers' health examination can significantly improve the nursing quality of nursing staff, reduce nursing complaints and missed inspections, and obtain high satisfaction of the kindergarten teach
