同质化管理模式对传染病防制科管理质量及管理人员防控水平的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析传染病防制科应用同质化管理模式对管理人员防控水平和管理质量的影响。方法从2020年4月—2022年4月内选择23名山东省郓城县疾病预防控制中心传染病防制科管理人员。按照时间段分为对照组和研究组,2020年4月—2021年3月的对照组施行传统管理模式,2021年4月—2022年4月的研究组施行同质化管理模式。比较两组管理人员的防控水平、传染病报告质量和工作状态。结果研究组各项传染病防控能力评分均高于对照组,传染病报告质量(准确率、完整度、及时率)高于对照组,漏报率低于对照组,去个性化、情绪衰竭评分低于对照组,成就感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同质化管理模式能提升传染病防制科管理人员的防控水平和传染病报告质量,让管理人员保持良好的工作状态,具有较高应用价值。Objective To explore and analyze the impact of the application of the homogeneous management model in the infectious disease control department on the prevention and control level and management quality of managers.Methods From April 2020 to April 2022,23 managers from the Infectious Disease Control Section of Yuncheng County Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Shandong Province were selected.Divided into control group and study group according to the time period,from April 2020 to March 2021,the traditional management mode was implemented in the control group.From April 2021 to April 2022,the study group will implement a homogeneous management model.The prevention and control level,infectious disease reporting quality and work status of the two groups of managers were compared.Results The prevention and control ability scores of various infectious diseases in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the reporting quality(accuracy,completeness,and timeliness)of infectious diseases was higher than that of the control group,the false negative rate was lower than that of the control group,the scores of depersonalization and emotional exhaustion were lower than those of the control group,and the achievement score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The homogenized management model can improve the prevention and control level of the management personnel of the infectious disease control department and the quality of infectious disease reporting, and can keep the management personnel in a good working state. It has high application value.
