摘 要:为深入贯彻落实“互联网+医疗健康”便民惠民活动,以人民群众的健康需求为导向,门诊管理者积极探索,创新服务模式,对医技科室的传统工作流程进行再造,着力解决医技检查窗口拥堵、患者多次检查往返、医技检查资源无法共享等痛点问题。文章阐述了南通大学附属医院建立智能化医技检查预约系统的设计思路及过程,通过临床与医技的去中心化及自助交互、配置智能化预约分类规则等,医技实现了智能精准预约,提升了医疗资源运转效率及管理决策支持能力,缩短患者医技检查等候时间,实现患者有序就医,患者满意度明显提高,助推智慧医院的建设。In order to thoroughly implement the"Internet+medical and health"activities to facilitate and benefit the people,and guided by the health needs of the people,outpatient managers actively explore,innovate service models,and reengineer the traditional workflow of medical technology departments.In this way,efforts are made to solve the pain points such as congestion of medical technical examination windows,repeated round trips of patients for examinations,and inability to share medical technical examination resources.This article expounds the design ideas and process of establishing an intelligent medical examination reservation system in the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University.Through the decentralization and self-service interaction between clinical and medical technology,and the configuration of intelligent appointment classification rules,medical technology has realized intelligent and precise appointments,and improved the operation efficiency of medical resources and management decision support capabilities.In addition,the waiting time of patients for medical technical examinations is shortened,patients can seek medical treatment in an orderly manner,and patient satisfaction is significantly improved,which promotes the construction of smart hospitals.
